dottie tote!!

thanks so much!!!! to who, who had made a purchase at my shop or just spent time peeking in! it was truly a very very happy experience for me knowing someone likes my works!!

i was having a blast time tote-ing!! lol! i've spent weeks?! on this. it was sure thrilling to see it completed :) a very lovely fabric that i was decided to use at the end! coz i don't have many left :( but it certainly worth to piece it with the lovely red polka dot! i had make a similar bag pattern without lining when i was in my teenage and was under my mom supervision! so everything was a breeze then. so, after many years.... i felt so rusty ! lol! i was on my own and i need to spend some time on the lining and pockets and the handles! the handles was made with linen fabric + interface. it's tiny little bit creased in one part :( but i made it!

the little tote was sturdy! not so hard but sturdy enough to stand nice! all because of interface! phew~ i was having a very hard time iron on the interface to avoid any crease. it was well spent! :)

the only flaw :( can you see the width between the opening and the front pocket? the difference of 0.5cm from left to right! arrgh!!! :O ..... well, may i distract your attention to the lovely handmade pin brooch? :) ( i certainly need the distraction myself!!)
